As of the announcement date, the project has not yet been implemented. The company disclosed the progress of the project in its semi-annual report and annual report for the period 2020-2022. Due to changes in the government's investment and construction plan, Weinan Old Town Renovation and Development Co., Ltd. did not participate in the investment and construction of the “Linwei District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Overall Relocation Project Intelligent Information Technology Project”, making the contract unfulfilled. Due to objective reasons for the project, the actual implementation of the contract has not progressed for many years. The company recently agreed with Party A of the contract and signed the “Contract Termination Agreement”.
