According to reports, these properties are several properties on Castle Peak Road (Yuen Long section) in Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong.

According to the announcement, the group currently leases these properties to operate retail business. The existing leases for these properties will expire on 31 December 2023. By entering into leasing agreements, the Group will be able to continue to operate retail business in these properties, earn revenue and maintain the scale of operations.
