Zhitong Finance App News, Chuangsheng Holdings (02680) announced that on December 27, 2023, Chuangsheng Management Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, further sold a total of 4.4 million Dream Oriental shares in the open market at a total cost of about HK$9.06 million (not including transaction costs), and the average price of Dream Oriental shares was about HK$2.06 million per share. The Group expects to confirm revenue of approximately HK$8.41 million from further sales.

After the further sale is completed, the group will hold a total of approximately 12.9021 million Dream Oriental shares, accounting for approximately 4.52% of Dream Oriental's total issued share capital.
