Gelonghui December 27丨Hong Kong China Gas (00003.HK) announced that from January 1, 2024:

(i) Ho Hon-ming will retire as the company's executive director, chief financial officer and company secretary, and a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee of the Company's board of directors;

(ii) Yang Leiming will take over the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and appoint Yang Leiming as the Company's Executive Director and a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee of the Company's Board of Directors; and

(iii) Appoint Wong Lai-kin as the company secretary of the company.
