According to reports, on March 17, 2023, the company filed an arbitration application with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission because Liu Xicheng, Qiu Xiaowei, and Chongqing Tongzheng Industrial Co., Ltd. failed to fulfill their obligation to make up investment losses as scheduled. The amount involved was 127.61 million yuan, and payment of arbitration fees was completed on June 30, 2023. However, the company did not issue an announcement to disclose the major arbitration until July 7, 2023, and the information was not disclosed in a timely manner.
