According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huiju Technology (02481) announced that on December 22, 2023, Lanzhou Shuangliang (as the buyer), an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, plans to purchase the property from the seller (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lanzhou Urban Development) at a cost of RMB 119 million.

The property to be acquired is a 16-storey high-rise office building (including a one-story basement) north of 26 #写字楼，位于兰州新区中川街 (Weisan Road) and east of Xinglongshan Road (Jingshi Road) in Ruiling County, with a total floor area of about 204,000 square meters.

Lanzhou Shuangliang has always provided heating services and network construction services for Lanzhou Urban Development Group and Lanzhou Railway Construction as part of its business. As of September 30, 2023, Lanzhou Shuangliang's current receivables from Lanzhou Urban Development Group and Lanzhou Railway Construction totaled RMB 74.87 million. In order to settle the existing receivables, Lanzhou Urban Development Group and Lanzhou Railway Construction proposed to Lanzhou Shuangliang around May 2023, and the seller would transfer the property to Lanzhou Shuangliang. After considering a number of factors and several rounds of fair negotiations between Lanzhou Shuangliang, Lanzhou Urban Development Group and Lanzhou Railway Construction, Lanzhou Shuangliang decided to accept these proposals.
