On December 21丨Wanfang Development (000638.SZ) announced that it recently signed an “Share Transfer Agreement” with Anshan Baikeer Technology Co., Ltd. (“Baikol”). According to the agreement, Baikor will transfer 24% of its shares in Anshan Henglong New Energy Co., Ltd. (“Anshan Henglong”) to the company for 0 yuan, and the company will invest 24 million yuan in Anshan Henglong to fulfill its obligation to actually pay capital.

The Anshan Henglong 7.2 million Nm3/year biomass natural gas project is located in Yahe Industrial Park, Xiuyan County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province. It is a large-scale biogas project pilot project of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It is a large-scale biomass natural gas project in the Liaoning region. The project uses crop straw and livestock manure as raw materials, and is treated through different processes such as crushing, hydrolysis, fermentation, desulfurization, and screening. It is estimated to produce about 7.2 million Nm3/year of biomass natural gas, 36,000 tons/year of organic fertilizer, and 17,200 tons/year of biogas liquid fertilizer, respectively. Since July 23, 2022, Anshan Hang Lung has officially sold natural gas abroad.
