According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dagang Co., Ltd. (002077.SZ) announced that Jiangsu Keli Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (“Keli Semiconductor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to invest in the subscription of the Shanghai Houxue Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total size of the fund is RMB 60 million, of which Coli Semiconductor will pledge 25 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 4.17% of the total capital pledged by the partnership. The fund is managed by Shanghai Houxue Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. as the fund manager.
