According to the Zhitong Finance App, Lu Long (01930) announced that with effect from December 21, 2023, Ms. Wong Wai-yee will no longer act as an agent representing the company in receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under section 19.05 (2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited stock listing rules and section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and Ms. Siu Yueqiu will be appointed as the company's legal proceeding agent.
