According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhenlan Instrument (301303.SZ) issued an announcement, approved by the company's general manager and the chairman, agreeing that Zhenlan Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. (“Instrument Technology”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Liao Xingqiong, jointly invest in the establishment of Anhui Zhenlan Valve Technology Co., Ltd. (“Zhenlan Valve”). Instrument Technology has pledged 8.5 million yuan of Zhenlan Valve's investment in monetary form, accounting for 85% of Zhenlan Valve's investment. On December 18, 2023, Zhenlan Valve completed the business registration for enterprise establishment and obtained the “Business License” issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Wanli District, Wuhu City.
