The company obtained a real estate title certificate for this project in November 2022. At present, the company has completed the construction of the plant and other infrastructure supporting the project. Production equipment has not yet been purchased, and infrastructure such as the plant has been idle for a long time.

As of November 30, 2023, the project has invested a total of 94.6023 million yuan, of which a total of 583.868 million yuan has been invested to raise capital. The remaining funds raised and interest income of 150 million yuan have not yet been invested in the project. In order to reduce the risk of capital raised investment and improve the efficiency of use, the company deliberated and passed a bill on “Terminate Some Fund-raising Projects”.
