Mr. Qin Yi's resignation will not cause the company's board of directors to fall below the legal minimum number. His resignation will take effect from the day the resignation report is delivered to the company's board of directors.

According to the nomination of Huada Semiconductor Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder, the company plans to elect Mr. Huang Chaozhen as a non-independent director of the 9th board of directors of the company. The term of office is the same as that of the 9th board of directors of the company. This plan still needs to be submitted to the company's 2024 First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for consideration.
