Astaka Holdings Limited, a prominent property developer in Johor, has enlisted Knight Frank Property Management Sdn Bhd (KFPM) as the designated property manager for its upcoming residential project, Aliva Mount Austin.

Astaka's ED and CEO, Allen Khong, expressed confidence in KFPM's ability to curate a premium living experience, marking the fourth collaborative venture between the two entities.

KFPM, renowned for managing high-end properties, has been overseeing Astaka's flagship project, The Astaka @ One Bukit Senyum, since 2019.

Aliva, scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, marks Astaka's return to property development after a brief hiatus.

The project, with an estimated gross development value of RM254 million, will consist of 499 units and boast hotel-like facilities, encompassing a grand lobby, concierge with doorstep delivery, EV-charging facilities, and an automated waste management system.

Aliva aspires to achieve the distinction of becoming the first Green Building Index (GBI) certified building in Mount Austin, underscoring Astaka's commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly living spaces.
