(600257.SH) announced that the company recently received the “Decision on Administrative Supervision Measures for Issuing Warning Letters to Dahu Aquaculture Co., Ltd. and Dai Xinghua” (“Warning Letter”) issued by the Hunan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“Hunan Securities Regulatory Bureau”).

According to reports, the Hunan Securities Regulatory Bureau discovered the following problems in the company's daily supervision: related transactions failed to comply with review procedures and information disclosure obligations, and the disclosure of some data and information in regular reports was inaccurate. The above acts violated relevant regulations; Dai Xinghua, the company's then-financial director, as the specific person responsible for the company's financial matters, failed to be diligent and conscientious, and was responsible for related irregularities.
