(“Tianyi Longxing” for short) of 7.2996 million shares (accounting for 2.77% of the company's total share capital) that were judicially auctioned off had completed the transfer registration procedure. After this change in equity, Tianyi Longxing held 7.8 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.96% of the company's total shares.
