Recently, Huaxin Chuangli reduced its holdings of Guangdong Xiaosong Technology Co., Ltd. by 953,000 shares through centralized bidding, in violation of section 6 (3) of the “Certain Provisions for Shareholders, Directors, and Supervisors of Listed Companies to Reduce Their Shareholdings” (Securities Regulatory Commission Notice (2017) No. 9).
