(“Baocheng Red Clay”) to Dasheng Asset for 3,7182,000 yuan. Since Dasheng Asset is an enterprise controlled by Mr. Zhou Zhenke, the actual controller of the company, and is a shareholder holding 5% or more of the company's shares, the current transfer of 51% of Baocheng Clay's shares constitutes a related transaction, but it does not constitute a major asset restructuring, and there are no major legal barriers to the implementation of the transaction.
