Gelonghui, December 11丨Ningbo Dongli (002164.SZ) announced that due to production and operation needs, Ningbo Dongli Electric Drive Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Ningbo Dongli Electric Drive Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Dongli Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd., plans to sign a “Plant Lease Contract” with Ningbo Dongli Heavy Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (“Heavy Machine Tool”).

Rental property: Factory and office building at No. 188, Binhai 4th Road, Hangzhou Bay New Area, Ningbo, with a leased area of 24,071.24 square meters. Rental period: From January 1, 2024 to 31 December 2024.
