The capital increase price for each 1 yuan of registered capital is 1 yuan. If this capital increase is completed, the company's shareholding ratio in Guohua Jintai will remain unchanged at 80%. Guohua Jintai's registered capital increased from 50 million yuan to 200 million yuan.
