Accordingly, the landholding company agreed to lease leased land and property to MFEC and Teng Xun in accordance with the terms and conditions of their respective agreements.

The leased land and properties include land and buildings located in Kampong Speu Province, Samroung Tong District, Cambodia, which is used by the Group as its operating premises. The 2024 lease agreement will take effect on January 1, 2024, and expire on December 31, 2025.
