According to Zhitong Finance App, Ronghui Holdings (08213) announced that Feng Xingwei and Liao Sijie have resigned as independent non-executive directors; Feng Xingwei has ceased to serve as members of the Board Audit Committee, Board Nomination Committee, and Board Corporate Governance Committee; and Liu Sijie has ceased to serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Board Remuneration Committee.
Furthermore, Pang Xiaoli and Zhang Wenjuan have been appointed as independent non-executive directors; Pang Xiaoli has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee member and Corporate Governance Committee member; and Zhang Wenjuan has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. The above changes will take effect from December 11, 2023.
