The company and ASIA CLEAN INDUSTRAL ESTATE CO., LTD. signed the “Letter of Intent for Land Sale” on September 21, 2023, the “Supplementary Agreement” on October 20, 2023, and the “Supplementary Agreement 2” on November 30, 2023. Within the final period agreed in the above agreement, the two parties failed to reach an agreement to terminate the transaction, and the agreement was terminated.
