Glonghui December 11 | Roxy International Holdings (01529.HK) announced that Li Zhigang has been appointed as an executive director, effective December 9, 2023.

According to section 105 (h) of the company's articles of association, in view of Song Ruipeng's failure to perform his duties and duties as an executive director, Mr. Song has been removed from the position of executive director by serving a written notice signed by not less than three-fourths of the directors (including Mr. Song) who were currently in office at the time (or the nearest lower integer, whichever is not an integer), with effect from December 9, 2023.
