(“Hefei Unnamed”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, will officially stop production on December 8, 2023 and relocate to Shandong Weiming Biomedical Industrial Park, Zhangdian Economic Development Zone, Zibo City, Shandong Province.

According to reports, Hefei Weiming's core business mainly includes biomedical research and development services. After relocating to the Weiming Biomedical Industrial Park in Shandong, the supporting efficiency of related products can be further enhanced, which is conducive to opening up upstream and downstream nodes and improving the industrial chain. The company will use this relocation as an opportunity to upgrade, adjust and optimize production equipment and product structure, consolidate the advantages of economies of scale, and enhance the company's product strength and competitiveness.
