(“Linfen Nongdu”), a holding subsidiary of the company, received a “Notice of Property Preservation” (“Notice”) from the Linfen Intermediate People's Court of Shanxi Province (“Linfen Intermediate Court”) on December 6, 2023. The Linfen Intermediate Court has frozen and blocked some assets of Linfen Nongdu.

According to the “Notice”, the Linfen Intermediate Court has frozen five bank accounts under the name of the agricultural capital of Linfen, and has frozen a total of 253.19,600 yuan of funds for a period of one year. Under the name of the agricultural capital of Linfen, Jinnan International Agricultural Products Logistics Park Phase I, Building 3, and Area B, Building 14, a total of 400 houses were sealed. The seizure period was 3 years.
