Transanhua Group Finance Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 500 million yuan. Transanhua Group Limited (“Transanhua Group”) and the company hold 75.00% and 25.00% of the shares of Transanhua Group Finance Co., Ltd. respectively.

The company plans to increase the capital of Transanhua Group Finance Co., Ltd. in the same proportion with Transanhua Group by a total of 500 million yuan, of which the company's capital increase is 125 million yuan. After the capital increase was completed, the registered capital of Transanhua Group Finance Co., Ltd. was changed to 1 billion yuan, and the company's investment ratio in Transanhua Group Finance Co., Ltd. remained unchanged. After completing the approval procedures, the parties involved in the capital increase plan to jointly sign the “Transanhua Group Finance Co., Ltd. Capital Increase and Stock Expansion Agreement”.
