(“Mousse Consulting” for short), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, plans to establish a partnership with the professional agency Suzhou Vitley New Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. (“Vitalixin”), that is, Dongguan Musijiayu Industrial Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, final name is subject to registration by the Market Supervision and Administration Department. “Musi Jiayu Partnership” for short) to raise a “intelligent manufacturing digital industry fund” of no more than 500 million yuan Musi Jiayu Intelligence Manufacturing Digital Industry Fund (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, final name subject to registration by the Market Supervision and Administration Department, referred to as “Musijiayu Fund” or “Industrial Fund” for short).

Musijiayu Partnership plans to act as the general partner of Musijiayu Fund and plans to pledge an investment of 0.5 billion yuan from its own funds. Moose Co., Ltd. plans to become a limited partner of Musijiayu Fund and plans to pledge an investment of 197.5 million yuan from its own capital. Other plans to invest no more than 297.5 million yuan through fundraising. The fund's investment scope includes the fields of digitalization of the intelligent manufacturing industry, modern homes, and cross-border overseas travel.
