CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust (NYSE:CORR) said Monday it received notice that the New York Stock Exchange has suspended trading and delisted the company's shares, a decision CorEnergy said it will appeal.
The company said it fell below the NYSE's continued listing standard requiring at least $15M in average market cap over a consecutive 30 trading day period.
CorEnergy's (CORR) common and preferred stock are now trading on the over-the-counter marketplace under the symbols CORR and CORRL, respectively.
