Currently, the fund is still in the fund-raising period, and the total amount of capital pledged in the end is expected to be no more than RMB 500 million. The scale of the first phase is RMB 125 million, and the company plans to invest 28 million yuan as the foundation for the fund's limited partner subscription, Zhiying's share of about 22.4% of the first phase.

According to reports, the fund's investment areas: the focus is on core industries related to new infrastructure, such as rail transit, etc., and focuses on equity investment in growing enterprises in the fields of next-generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, and new materials.
