The project will carry out technological transformation and upgrading on the basis of the current water-based industrial coating base-vinyl chloride copolymer emulsion and 100,000 tons of chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin projects with an annual output of 100,000 tons. Optimizing the product structure and process can better meet market and customer needs, so as to enhance the company's market competitiveness and comprehensive strength.

According to the project plan, the company plans to build some warehouses and production support rooms on the basis of existing factory buildings and facilities, and at the same time renovate some warehouses and workshops to improve factory planning and layout; for the new products and processes in this project, add or improve some equipment and facilities to meet the production requirements of the project. The total investment budget for the project is 107 million yuan, of which fixed assets: 45 million yuan and working capital: 62.3979 million yuan.
