According to the Zhitong Finance App, Union Group (01200) announced that from December 1, 2023: (a) Chen Nianliang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; (b) Shi Jiaming has been appointed as the company's executive director and member of the Executive Committee; and (c) Huang Shan has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
