According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xiaosong Co., Ltd. (002723.SZ) issued an announcement that Guangdong Jinlight Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“Jinlight Smart”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to sign a “share transfer agreement” with Yuan Chutian and Li Fan on Foshan Pushi Smart Electric Co., Ltd. (“Foshan Pushi”). Jinlaite Intelligence will acquire natural person shareholders Yuan Chutian and Li Fan in cash to jointly hold 100% of Foshan Pushi's shares. Based on the total equity value of Foshan Pushy's shareholders as of September 30, 2023 issued by a third party, the transaction amount is 38 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 100% of the shares of Foshan Pushi, and Foshan Pushe will become the company's wholly-owned subsidiary.
