As recommended by the Audit Committee, Guocheng Certified Public Accountants Limited (Guocheng) has been appointed by the board of directors as the company's new auditor, effective from November 30, 2023, to fill the temporary vacancies after Guowei's resignation. The term of office is until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
