According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dingfeng Group Automobile (06878) announced that Hong Kong Lixin Dehao Certified Public Accountants Limited was unable to reach an agreement with the Group on the proposed audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, so it resigned as the company auditor from November 30, 2023, even though the audit fees issued by Lixin Dehao were lower than the audit fees of the previous year.

After considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors has voted to appoint Yongtuo Fuxin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancies caused by Lixin Dehao's resignation, effective November 30, 2023. Yongtuo Fushin will serve until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
