Ramssol Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, RAMS Solutions Sdn Bhd (RSSB), has signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the Malaysia Motorcycle and Scooter Dealers Association (MMSDA) to explore collaboration on the Rider Gate online platform for used motorcycles.

The MOA outlines roles and obligations, including RSSB providing Rider Gate to MMSDA-referred motorcycle dealers and MMSDA facilitating the promotion of Rider Gate.

The collaboration aims to expand Ramssol's automotive technology business, enhance revenue streams, and positively contribute to the group's earnings.

The MOA is not expected to have a material effect on Ramssol's financials and does not require regulatory or shareholder approvals.
