The Zhitong Finance app learned that Citi published a research report stating that the target price for Xiaomi Group-W (01810) is HK$19.6, giving it a “buy” rating. The company's Redmi K70 series product lineup is strong and the price is very competitive. The series uses more domestic suppliers. From the new products, it is possible to observe the direction of Xiaomi's main product upgrades next year. Major suppliers include Ruisheng Technology (02018) providing cooling systems and metal cases for BYD Electronics (00285). Also, as a mass-produced model, the K70 series will support Xiaomi's increase in smartphone shipments in the first half of next year.
