According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dimi Life Holdings (01667) announced its results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. The group obtained revenue of HK$604.46 million, a year-on-year decrease of 11.94%; the company owners accounted for a loss of HK$144.46 million, a year-on-year decrease of 22.02%; and a loss of 1.5 HK cents per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decrease in revenue relating to the construction and engineering business from approximately HK$67.9 million for the period ending September 30, 2022 to approximately HK$49.5 million for the period ending September 30, 2023. On the other hand, due to improvements in the Japanese tourism market after customs clearance in Japan, revenue related to property development and investment business increased from about HK$775,000 for the period ending September 30, 2022 to about HK$3.247,000 for the period ending September 30, 2023; and revenue related to the consumer goods business newly acquired in December 2022 was approximately HK$7.687 million for the period ending September 30, 2023.
