According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hongan Group (01222) announced its results for the six months ended September 30, 2023, with total revenue of HK$1,136 million, a year-on-year decrease of 44.6%; equity holders of the parent company accounted for a profit of HK$111 million, a loss of HK$236.13 million for the same period last year; and a basic profit of 0.81 HK cents per share.

The decline in revenue during the period was mainly due to a decrease in sales of property development projects in which the Group has a controlling interest delivered by the Group during this period.
