Gelonghui November 28丨Jierong Technology (002855.SZ) announced that recently, due to its business needs, Jierong Energy, a holding subsidiary of the company, plans to invest in the construction of a 150MW (ultimately based on actual installed capacity) distributed photovoltaic power generation project in the Aneng Group Industrial Park in Longxu Town, Longxu District, Wuzhou City, Guangxi. The total planned investment for the project is about 62,5975 million yuan. Meanwhile, in order to invest in the construction of the distributed photovoltaic power generation project mentioned above, Jierong Energy, a subsidiary of the company, plans to sign a “Rooftop Lease Contract for the 150MW Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project on the Roof of Guangxi Aneng Pigeon Industrial Park” with Guangxi Aneng Pigeon Industry Group Co., Ltd. (“Aneng Group”). It plans to rent the roof and site area of the relevant industrial park of Eneng Group for about 1,298,700 square meters, and the total rent for the 25-year operation period of the project is about 97.4025 million yuan.

The project plans to invest in the construction of a 150MW distributed photovoltaic power plant. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will adopt the “spontaneous self-use, surplus electricity Internet” model, that is, the energy generated by this project will prioritize the production of electricity in the industrial park plant to achieve its energy saving and consumption reduction goals. Eneng Group pays electricity bills to Jierong Energy, and the remaining electricity is connected to the public grid, which will help enhance the company's business capacity and promote the company's long-term sustainable development.
