Gelonghui November 28 | On November 22, Huizhou Everwell Lithium Energy Co., Ltd. (“Everweft Lithium Energy”) signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with PT Energi Kreasi Bersama (“Electrum”) and Shenzhen Guoweike Innovation Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guowei Science and Technology”). According to the cooperation plan, the three parties will focus on electric motorcycle battery systems and power exchange operations, actively deploy the Southeast Asian region, comprehensively improve product quality, enhance service capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and jointly form competitive advantages in the market to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation. The first is joint research to continuously optimize and upgrade the design and technology of battery systems to form a strong competitive advantage in the market; the second is to establish stable supply guarantees and after-sales support services for battery systems at home and in Southeast Asia to increase market share in the field of electric motorcycle power exchange operations. In this cooperation plan, the three parties have anticipated the order target for the next three years, that is, the supporting supply plan. According to preliminary estimates, in 2024-2026, Electrum plans to purchase more than 450,000 sets of electric motorcycle battery systems from Guowei Technology Innovation, and Guowei Science and Technology plans to purchase no less than 800 MWH of cylindrical batteries from Everweft Lithium Energy.
