(“Dongri Food”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to sign a “Lease Contract” and “Comprehensive Property Service Agreement” with Wenzhou Vegetable Basket Group Co., Ltd. (“Vegetable Basket Group”) to lease real estate and land located in Waiyang Village, Shangshu Township, Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, for the development of pig slaughter and deep processing of meat products. The total asset area of the target asset area is about 19343.61 square meters. The cumulative amount for this lease period (including property service fees) is approximately RMB 34.9634 million.

It is reported that the purpose of this transaction is to further enhance the business capabilities of the company's wholesale meat trading market and extend the upstream pig slaughter and meat products deep processing industry chain. In the future, Tohnichi Foods will plan and build in accordance with national standards for the pig slaughter and processing industry, and configure standardized, automated and intelligent pig slaughter production lines and meat product production lines to create a pig slaughter and meat products production base with reasonable spatial structure, high degree of automation, energy saving and efficiency.
