According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sanhe Construction Group (03822) announced interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2023, with revenue of approximately HK$217 million, up 74.02% year on year; total losses and overall losses attributable to corporate equity holders were HK$249.13 million, a year-on-year decrease of 71.29%; basic and diluted loss per share was HK1.48 cents.

According to reports, during this period, the Group's revenue increased by 74% to HK$217 million, mainly due to the contribution of the Kai Tak public housing project. However, the complex stratigraphy of the Kai Tak public housing project affected the progress of the project, making the revenue that can be recorded during this period less than originally anticipated. Therefore, after deducting direct costs and related fixed expenses, the gross profit generated during this period can only balance income and expenditure.
