According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xinjia International (00912) announced interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2023, with revenue of HK$717.5 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3.51%; profit attributable to company owners of HK$19.7 million, a year-on-year decrease of 26.22%; basic profit per share of HK$6.90 cents; and plans to pay an interim dividend of 4 HK cents per share.

According to reports, the decline in profit was mainly due to the non-recurring income obtained during the six-month period ending September 30, 2022, after the cancellation of the registration of a subsidiary company from exchange reserves.
