市場消息指出，原由金輪天地(01232.HK)持有但最後淪為銀主盤推售的天后銀座式商廈金輪天地，最新以約5.5億元沽出，較2018年買入價8.44億元計，五年帳面蝕34.8%。
該商廈於2020年落成，總建築面積約51,971方呎，成交呎價約10,583元。據悉，該商廈近年不斷嘗試以招標形式出售，在去年1月曾傳出獲10億元洽購，惟最終未能成事，及後於去年12月再推出放售，意向價為9億元，最終亦未能易手，並於今年8月淪為銀主盤推售，在10月底截標。
