- Quebec Rare Earth Elements (OTCQB:MTALF) Tuesday announced that it has agreed with Les Ressources Tectonic to acquire a 100% interest in the Lynx REE project located in Quebec, Canada.
- Under deal terms, the company may acquire the interest on making a C$10,000 cash payment to the Optionor and issue the Optionor 100,000 common shares at a deemed issue price of C$0.155 per share, among others.
- Additionally, if MTALF obtains a preliminary economic assessment, study, pre-feasibility study, or feasibility study, the company would make a C$200,000 cash payment to the Optionor.
