On November 20, Gelonghui (600833.SH) announced that after many negotiations, a basic agreement has now been reached on expropriation compensation matters. Our company and Great Wall Huamei plan to sign the “Housing Expropriation Compensation Agreement on State-owned Land in Shanghai” and the “Settlement Form for 79 Neighborhoods (Enterprises and Institutions) in Huangpu District” with housing expropriation units and housing expropriation implementation units. According to the compensation agreement, our company and Great Wall Huamei expect to receive a total of 185,308,877.14 yuan in expropriation compensation for these four houses, of which our company will receive 129,701,495.64 yuan, and Great Wall Huamei will receive 55,607,381.50 yuan. The payment date is within 90 days after the agreement comes into effect, and the company will move out of its original location within 90 days.
