Zhitong Finance App, Zhejiang Dingli (603338.SH) announced that since the technical cooperation between the company and Magni Telescopic Handlers S.R.L. (“Magni”) has achieved phased results, the company's new arm M series products have all been developed and successfully introduced to the market. The company plans to transfer all 20% of Magni's shares to Magni Holding S.R.L., at a transfer price of 61.42 million euros. After the transaction is completed, Zhejiang Dingli will no longer hold Magni shares.
