According to the Zhitong Finance App, Baoshen Holdings (08151) announced that since the 2022 audited annual results, the results for the first quarter of 2023, and the interim results for 2023 have yet to be published, the company failed to publish the results for the third quarter of 2023 and send the report for the third quarter of 2023 to shareholders within the time specified in the GEM listing rules.

The company is now taking appropriate steps to implement the reopening guidelines and is continuing discussions with all parties to develop a workable plan for the resumption of trading. The company will make another announcement in due course to update shareholders and the public on the progress of (including) its resumption plan.
