According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Payment Connect (08325) announced that the company will delay publication of the interim results announcement for the six months ended September 30, 2023 (2023 interim results) and publication and delivery of its interim report for the six months ending September 30, 2023, due to the fact that the full year results of 2023, the 2023 annual report, the first quarter results of 2023, and the first quarter results report of 2023 (as the case may be) are still yet to be published and/or sent. As a result, the company will not be able to publish and/or send the 2023 interim results and the 2023 interim report to shareholders in accordance with the time specified in the GEM listing rules (as the case may be).
