Gelonghui November 14th 丨Letong Co., Ltd. (002319.SZ) announced,The company holds 5% of the shares in the participating company Zhejiang Dasheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Dasheng New Energy”), and Shenzhen Dasheng Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Haotai Investment and Entrepreneurship Partnership each hold 48% of the shares and 14% of the shares in the participating company Dasheng New Energy.

Dasheng Asset plans to transfer 5% of Dasheng New Energy's shares to Anji Kequan equity investment partnership for zero yuan; Haotai Investment plans to transfer its 8% shares in Dasheng New Energy to the Nantong Fenghe Tongrui Enterprise Management Partnership for zero yuan. As a shareholder of Dasheng New Energy, after comprehensive consideration, the company will relinquish the priority purchase rights for the current 13% share transfer of Dasheng New Energy.
